Mahiri Takai

Mahiri Takai, the fashion essential menswear designer, has embarked on a trendy new fashion endeavor. This fashion icon has now partnered with the Italian shoe brand Don Morphy to create the perfect loafer. The embroidered crowned loafer is the signature piece in Mahiri’s new Spring/Summer collection, perfectly entitled “Crowned.”

Mahiri, a man once caught in the grip of death, broke free and decided to live life unrestrained. Marked with a calling that even sickness couldn’t stop – it was, in fact, on his deathbed where his fashion industry takeover began.

Mahiri is the founder of Men’s Fashion Week Dallas and Men’s Fashion International. He created these incredible events to hand off to someone else, unsure of how far his own runway would stretch. Now, through the power of the Almighty, he strides with a deliberate intention to fulfill his own dreams. He’s more alive and on fire than ever!

Mahiri Takai has worked in the fashion industry for ten years with huge brands and celebrities backing his products and name. Mahiri garnered the attention of the fashion elite during his time as a sought-after stylist, and now, as the featured designer for the M.E Collection and Collective Home Interiors.

His innovation within the industry includes major products such as shoes, home interiors, and clothing.  Through production and creative direction, Mahiri has found the key to fulfillment in the fashion industry. When asked “why do you work so hard?” he replied, "my children, though they may not be here yet, they should be able to enjoy what I've built for them when they arrive!"
